Former United States President Bill Clinton recently made an appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel show, where he commented on extraterrestrials and the possibility of contact. What he stated was eerily similar to what President Ronald Reagan stated in his address to the United Nations in 1987.
Reagan’s remarks were as follows:
“Perhaps we need some outside universal threat. I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world.” (source)
It’s also worthy to note that, during a special screening of ET: The Extra-Terrestrial at the White House in 1982, Ronald Reagan made some interesting comments, according to Steven Spielberg:
“It was in the White House screening room, and Reagan got up to thank me for bringing the film to show him, the First Lady and all of their guests, which included some astronauts. He stood up, looked around the room and said that there are a number of people in this room who know that everything on that screen is absolutely true, and he said it without smiling.” (source #1) (source #2) (source #3)

Will The World Ever Face An “Alien Threat?”
National security and global threats have always been used as a justification for other means. A perfect example of this is 9/11, a false flag ‘terrorist’ attack used to justify the invasion of the Middle East to fulfill an alternate agenda. This has happened throughout history, and we’ve been warned about it before.

Just like 9/11, some have speculated that a false flag alien invasion would be created by the elite in order to justify a one world government, or a New World Order. Personally, I think this would be a very difficult thing to do, although I believe it’s possible and has been discussed at the highest levels, I do not think a successful implementation of it would be possible.
Another thing that makes me suspicious is the fact that presidents often speak about intelligent extraterrestrial life as if we have not already discovered it. Who do you think knows more about what’s going on with UFOs/Extraterrestrials? Presidents, or military personnel, generals, independent contractors, and intelligence agency personnel? Think about it, a president serves a four year term, these other individuals have been in the game with long careers. Presidents probably don’t have “a need to know.”
I do not believe there is a threat as that of any type of “alien invasion” movies. If that were the case, it would have already happened. There is a good amount of evidence to suggest that they’ve been around for a while, possibly longer than we have.
There is an enormous amount of witness testimony and official documentation that already proves that something is going on.
